Allyson Felix

Allyson Nicole Felix was born on the 18th of November the 18th of November, 1985, located in Los Angeles. Paul Felix served as an ordained minister at Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix demonstrated a talent for athletics early on discovering her ability to sprint when she attended the Los Angeles Baptist High School. She finished second in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships within just 10 weeks following the first time she tried out. Felix completed high school in 2003, and became a part of Adidas to become professional athlete. The following year she enrolled at the University of Southern California studying elementary education. Felix won her first Olympic medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics held in Athens Greece. She set a Junior World Record by running 200 metres in 22.18 seconds. The youngest to win the 200 meter in the world championships held in Helsinki in 2005. She was able to defend her record once again in 2007, defeating time-tested Jamaican opponent Veronica Campbell. Felix was consistently at the top of the podium across her diverse events in the Olympics which took place at Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
